Research Notes

Research notes is my active engagement with the world. In Black Christian teaching it is often that to be rooted in faith you must reject being of the world, a common phrasing is that “I am in the world not of it.” I am vehemently opposed to this, I am just as much of the world as I am within it. I am an observer of worldly things whether physical, immaterial, and or spiritual. Research notes is my musings of this world.  My design ethos involves producing my own investigations and perspectives into the world and bearing witness to the work of others. Research notes is an attempt to archive this trail of media and content whether that be visual, literary, or audible. This is non-prescriptive and self directed in attempt — this process is an anti-syllabus.
